The stigmas are also used to make medicine.

Process of getting saffron:-
 The process of getting saffron is actually the difficult procees. People have to get up early in the frezzzing morning  and before sun rise they have to pluck  all the saffron flowers .

 Yet sometimes the saffron get freeze into the field due to heavy showers & snow . This will affect the seeds too.
